AGREEMENT
By purchasing from Iker Paz Shop you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as laid out below.
POSTAGE
All print orders are sent untracked by default (Lettre prioritaire de La Poste). If you need a tracking number for your PRINT shipment , please add to your purchase one of the options found in the SHIPPING PRODUCT CATEGORY.
Iker Paz is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred by National mail (La Poste).
Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered and the one supplied to Iker Paz by PayPal via your account are the same. Iker Paz Shop holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.
For international orders please allow approx 1 - 3 weeks for delivery. National mail can take time getting orders to certain countries. Please contact me for more info.
On very rare occasions, overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Iker Paz Shop has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.
If this order is for a special occasion, eg. a birthday present, and you require delivery by a certain date please contact me with the relevant information and I will do my best to accommodate.
DAMAGES
If the product is received damaged in the post, Iker Paz Shop must be notified immediately by the customer who will need to retain the product and packing. I will personally contact the delivery service who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. The damaged product must not be sent back to me.
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. Iker Paz is not responsible for any damages incurred by National mail.
Originals are one-of-a-kind artworks and subject to show imperfections that only add to their value. These imperfections will not be considered defects.
LOSS (for tracked and registered shipments only)
Untracked shipments: Iker Paz is not responsible for any loss incurred by National mail (La Poste) on untracked shipments.
Tracked shipments: Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service by the seller, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If the shipment was sent via registered mail, I will personally contact the delivery service who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the loss claim. Once and if the loss claim has been positively resolved by La Poste, a new shipment can be discussed (only for prints).
Originals are one-of-a-kind artworks and thus cannot be replaced.
RETURNS
Products may be returned if the customer notifies Iker Paz via email within 5 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. The customer is responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place.
Iker Paz is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, I will inspect them and proceed to refund the money earned to the buyer if applicable. I will aim to refund the buyers payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.
The customer is liable for the return carriage costs. If the customer fails to return the goods
they will be charged the full cost of their recovery. They are under a duty to take care of the goods until they are returned.
Returns are not eligible on “Custom Artwork.” I create custom Artwork for the client to his specifications. Due to the nature of this artwork, it is not possible to resell these items. Once a deposit is made, the client agrees to have the artwork produced. The client must pay for the cost of the artwork before delivery.

Copyright of the images is retained in perpetuity by Iker Paz and they may not be reproduced in any context or media digital or analogue. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings. By purchasing work from Cruschishop you automatically agree to and accept the above terms and conditions.
